Houzz, the leading Web-based platform for home design and remodeling, has released a Reputation Management Guidebook to provide home professionals with high-impact tools, best practices, and easy action items for building their business credibility both on and off of Houzz.

Home professionals have challenges when it comes to managing their company’s reputation, the guidebook says. These include building credibility, attracting the right types of clients and customers, and addressing negative online comments. The downloadable guidebook provides 10 best practices building pros can follow.
