KB Home, Los Angeles (NYSE: KBH) on Thursday announced the grand opening of two new communities, one in San Diego County, the other in Bulverde, Tx., near San Antonio.
Prospect Fields, the builder’s newest solar community in San Diego County, is located in the East County City of Santee, Prospect Fields is conveniently situated near Interstate 8 and Highways 52 and 125 for easy access to San Diego and other East County cities.
The three two-story floor plans available at Prospect Fields range in size from 1,904 to 2,221 square feet, and can be built with up to five bedrooms and three baths. The KB homes at Prospect Fields can also include several desirable design features, such as spacious great rooms, lofts, and even a downstairs bedroom. Lot selection, exterior style, and home décor and features can all be tailored to suit each buyer’s own lifestyle, budget, and individual preferences. Home prices start in the low-$600,000s.

Grand Opening festivities, which include tours of three model homes and refreshments, will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 3, 2017.
