While most Builders’ Show attendees think of the event as a time to take in exhibitor booths and educational sessions, several prestigious awards programs are held during the annual event. Award ceremonies ranging from black tie affairs to networking breakfasts will showcase outstanding products, projects, firms, and individuals in the areas of design, multifamily, sales and marketing, remodeling and more during the 2018 show. The Best of 55+ Housing Awards honor excellence in building design, marketing, and lifestyles in housing for mature adults.

The Nationals Awards Gala pays tribute to superior new-home sales and marketing achievements.

The Associates of Excellence Awards honor the contributions of NAHB Associates and builders on the local, state, and national levels.

The NAHB Professional Women in Building Awards celebrate local council achievements, and honor those who have made an impact in the housing industry.

The National Student Chapters Awards Ceremony recognizes achievements of student members, faculty advisers, and local HBA members.

The Best in American Living Ceremony celebrates the best in home design.
