Ashton Woods is opening another community for sale in the Atlanta area this summer. The Bayard community in Johns Creek, Ga. is set along 1,200 feet of river frontage on the banks of the Chattahoochee River and will have homes starting in the $600s.
Bayard, a gated community, will consist of 61 single-family homes, each with a three-car garage. Each home will be “personalized” by The Studio by Ashton Woods, the builder’s design shop. By creating tailored solutions around everything from flooring to fixtures, The Studio’s design experts will collaborate with home buyers to create a home that is a true reflection of their style and passions, the company says.
Bayard is located 1.25 miles west of the intersection of GA-141 and Old Alabama Road. Students will attend Johns Creek High School – ranked one of the top 20 high schools in Georgia, and homeowners will also be close to attractions, such as the Autrey Mill Nature Preservation and Heritage Center and The Forum on Peachtree Parkway.
