Project Description
Located minutes from the city center, the site is in a gated island community and boasts a water-front slip for a boat. Informed by the trapezoidal shaped property, an angle was designed into the plans and façades as a play on the rectilinear forms of the neighbors, while soft organic curves in the interiors and landscape serve as a counterpoint.
