Project Description
Located in the coastal community of San Diego, California, the Pearlman Way project, designed by Tracy Lynn Studio, included the remodeling and design of an entire residence. The clients longed-for a beautiful home that was also functional for their entire family, including their young children. Keeping practicality in mind, the vision for the home was a clean and contemporary look with touches of organic natural materials and a hint of coastal. The cool tones of the grey, white and blue color palate, helped to create a serene and peaceful environment that could serve as a retreat from the busy world outside.
Some special interior design features include the large custom stone fireplace in the formal living room, family photo wall in the great room and succulent wall in the kitchen. A trendy and playful powder room, inspired by a vintage school bathroom, can be found just off the mudroom downstairs.
In addition to the interior of the home, Tracy Lynn Studio oversaw the exterior landscaping, added a built-in BBQ, refinished the pool, painted the exterior of the home and modernized the stonework.
