The project proposal is to construct a new 6-story multi-residential development, plus 2 levels of subterranean parking, using a Density-Bonus/ Concession Permit format to enable 95 for sale condominium units of which 8 units will be designated Very Low Income. Concessions for Floor Area Ratio and Height are sought
