Trumark Companies will donate $100,000 to help in the Los Angeles-area wildfire recovery effort, earmarking the money for the City of Hope’s Emergency Aid Fund.
The fund was set up to provide emergency help to the city’s staff and healthcare workers directly affected by the fires. Hundreds of city staff have been displaced, and dozens have lost their homes.
“Our hearts go out to all those affected by the devastating fires in Los Angeles,” said Michael Maples, principal and co-founder. “At Trumark, we see the critical role healthcare workers play in our community and want to help keep this group engaged in patient care as they rebuild their lives.”

Last week, Sekisui House pledged $500,000 to the American Red Cross to support the relief agency’s efforts in Los Angeles after the devastating wildfires destroyed more than 12,000 homes. Meanwhile, Taylor Morrison has pledged to match donations made to HomeAid as part of its fire recovery efforts.
