Minto Communities USA, the No. 35 company on the 2025 Builder 100 list, has relocated its corporate headquarters to the Promenade at Coconut Creek, a mixed-use center near Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The company’s new 15,530 square foot office is approximately 20% larger than its previous space in Coconut Creek, where it had been based for more than 20 years.
“Minto selected [the new] location because of its proximity to its previous office and in direct response to employee feedback, ensuring a smooth transition while providing a familiar and convenient setting,” David Donvito, vice president of purchasing for Minto Communities, tells BUILDER.
Donvito says the timing of the move aligns with Minto’s effort to expand its operations across the country and was guided by a commitment to creating an environment that supports the Minto team and reflects the company’s vision for growth.
“The new space is designed to foster productivity, collaboration, and innovation, while providing a modern, state-of-the-art workplace that positions Minto for continued expansion into new markets,” says Donvito. “The new corporate location also sets the stage to accommodate the growing team and to provide additional collaborative spaces, meeting rooms, and modern work areas that support both current needs and future growth.”
The Coconut Creek office features open workspaces and includes a wellness room, kitchen, and dining area. The workspace also features private phone booths and a spacious outdoor balcony area.
“After more than 20 years in our previous headquarters, it was time to move into a more vibrant location that reflects both who we are today and where we’re headed,” says William Bullock, president of Minto Communities USA. “This move comes during a period of tremendous growth for Minto. This is an exciting chapter for our company, and this new headquarters sets the stage for the future.”
With an eye on the future, Donvito says Minto Communities is scaling for rapid growth and expansion in Florida and South Carolina. The company is also eying future entrance into markets in Texas.
Minto Communities closed 2,285 homes in 2024 across operations in Westlake, Naples, Daytona Beach, and Watersound in Florida and Hilton Head, South Carolina.
