The studio, which opened this month, offers one-on-one, immersive design consulting services that guide buyers through the process of selecting options and upgrades that provide a customized look to their homes.

After selecting a community, floor plan, and home site, buyers will work alongside their design consultant to select cabinet styles, fixtures, paint colors, flooring, appliances, and finish carpentry.

“The new design studio is an exciting addition that allows our home buyers to truly cultivate a sense of home in their new space,” says David Pellowitz, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison’s Raleigh division. “We are excited to offer design options for all home buyers to create a personalized home they’ll love.”
According to Pellowitz, some of the top trending picks among Taylor Morrison Raleigh home buyers include cabinets in espresso for a rich, bold look and cabinets in linen or silk for a fresh look, paired with modern accents. Cool-toned tile flooring with gray or cream colors is also popular.
