TRI Pointe Group® (NYSE:TPH) announced today that the company and six of its home building divisions are the recipients of top workplace awards for 2018.
Along with TRI Pointe Group, the divisions receiving accolades include: Maracay, Pardee Homes Los Angeles/Ventura, Quadrant Homes, TRI Pointe Homes Colorado, TRI Pointe Homes Northern California and TRI Pointe Homes Southern California.

For the third consecutive year, both TRI Pointe Group and TRI Pointe Homes Southern California are the recipients of the 2018 Best Places to Work in Orange County award. This county-wide survey and awards program, a project of the Orange County Business Journal and Best Companies Group, is designed to identify, recognize, and honor companies in Orange County, California who benefit the county’s economy, workforce, and businesses.
Maracay has been honored with the Top Companies to Work For in Arizona 2018 award, which is managed by The Arizona Republic, azcentral.com, BestCompaniesAZ, and Best Companies Group. This award program recognizes the best organizations across the state as voted by their employees.
Pardee Homes Los Angeles/Ventura has been honored on the Best Places to Work list by the Los Angeles Business Journal. The award recognizes companies with exceptional employer benefits and policies as well as employee engagement and satisfaction.
Quadrant Homes has been recognized as 2018 Washington’s Best Workplaces by Puget Sound Business Journal. The annual awards program recognizes companies that consistently display customer loyalty and profitability.
TRI Pointe Homes Colorado has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Denver Post. The anonymous survey, based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, to name a few.
Finally, TRI Pointe Homes Northern California has been recognized as a winner of the 2018 Bay Area Best Places to Work, an awards program presented by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal. The ranking recognizes companies in the region whose employees rate them as the highest on such values as fun, collaborative culture, solid compensation and benefits offerings, and other amenities as well as management practices.
