KB Home (NYSE: KBH) on Wednesday announced that Kevin McAndrews has been named as president of its Phoenix division.
McAndrews is responsible for overseeing the Company’s home building operations throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, from land acquisition and construction, to sales and customer service.
Previously serving as the Phoenix division’s executive vice president of operations, McAndrews brings to his new position over 15 years of home building experience. He holds an MBA, an MA in Political Science, and a BS in Psychology from Arizona State University.
“Kevin has made a significant contribution to the positive performance of our Phoenix business within a relatively short period of time,” said Rob McGibney, regional president for KB Home’s Southwest markets. “We are confident that he will excel in his new role in further advancing our growth in the greater Phoenix area.”
KB Home is currently open for sale in 11 communities across the Phoenix metropolitan area.
