Nexton, the Somerville, S.C. master planned community, has added Ashton Woods, David Weekley Homes and Homes By Dickerson to its roster of home builders, which join Pulte, Del Webb, Saussy Burbank and TrueHomes at the 6,500 home development.

Nexton said it selected these home builders based on their integrity, quality of work, and forward-thinking design philosophy, which parallels the community’s cornerstones. Rooted in Lowcountry style, these home builders bring a modern, elevated approach to accommodate the lifestyle of Nexton residents from young couples and singles, to busy families, as well as active retirees.

“Each builder has a unique approach to design, construction and customer service to meet the growing needs of residents here at Nexton,” said Brent Gibadlo, vice president and general manager of Nexton. “We’re thrilled to expand Nexton’s offering of homebuilders and floor plans and look forward to debuting new models this fall.”

The Nexton community is owned by a business entity of North America Sekisui House, LLC (NASH), and is being developed by Newland Real Estate Group, LLC. It is a 5,000-acre mixed-use community features three housing villages: Brighton Park Village, North Creek Village and Del Webb® at Nexton that have homes ranging from the $200,000s to the $500,000s. Nexton is one of more than 30 assets the NASH-Newland partnership owns and manages together across the US.
