Fraunfeld, Switzerland-based frameless sliding door manufacturer Sky-Frame will feature two of its latest products at the NAHB International Builders’ Show in January. A new hurricane-rated sliding window and door system is set to debut at the show, and a large motorized corner module will also be on display.

The new Sky-Frame sliding window and door system is rated to Dade County, Fla. standards for water and air pressure tightness, and retains the slim-line format of other Sky-Frame offerings.

The motorized corner module, pictured right, will include an electric motor and an integrated invisible insect screen, which can cover openings of up to 40 inches. The frameless, pleated screen can retract out of sight into the frame when not in use. This system incorporates tear-resistant Vectran fiber tension cords for maximum stability and weather resistance. www.sky-frame.com/en-us
