As a premier builder at Country Club East, Neal Signature Homes is adding five never-seen floor plans to its existing offerings at Collingtree, including the Amelia Island, Bar Harbor, Cape Cod, Ocean Grove and Nantucket.
The plans range in size from 2,552 square feet to 3,584 square feet. Neal Signature Homes will still offer the popular Castellina, Montecito and Palmavera designs.

The builder is also releasing three new plans – the Bellevista II, Carlotta and Lugano – at Highlands. These 45-foot evaluation floor plans join the 2,493-square-foot Entrare and the 2,393-square-foot Montecito at Highlands.
