At Ibis Golf & Country Club, Horton’s Emerald Homes’ Southeast Florida Division announced in late August that’s it is offering homes ranging from 2,500- to 4,436-square feet at Ibis Golf & Country Club in West Palm Beach (where Horton was the fifth largest builder in 2013). The amenities include three Nicklaus-designed championship golf courses, a 20-acre golf practice facility, 14 Har-Tru™ hydrogrid tennis courts, a heated 15-meter pool and spa, fitness center, a Mediterranean-inspired clubhouse, four restaurants from casual to formal fine dining, and a nail salon. At Savona Bay, Emerald’s Southwest Florida Division has four completed homes and has 27 additional lots. Homes in the development range from 2,584 to 4,378 square feet of living space and start at $599,990. Each home has a dedicated boat dock with direct access to the Caloosahatchee and the Gulf of Mexico.
