On December 4th, 2017, Trumark Urban announced the complete sellout of its Knox mixed-use condo community in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood. The development’s 91 condominiums sold out in just under ten months, making it one of the fastest selling communities in San Francisco history.
The Knox community, located near the 22nd Street Caltrain station, is the only for-sale residential community in the Dogpatch neighborhood. Knox’s two, and three-bedroom homes, designed by BDE Architecture, and include both organic and industrial textures and interior finishes.
Community amenities include a fitness center, a community lounge, a green roof, and a central courtyard with barbecues, fire pits, a butterfly habitat for native butterflies, and a water feature. On-site car and motorcycle parking, personal storage, car-share spaces, bike storage, and bike repair are also available.
“The sales success we experienced at Knox is truly unprecedented and is a key indicator that homebuyers are beginning to recognize the tremendous value of residing in the budding Dogpatch neighborhood central to diverse services, amenities and transit options,” says Arden Hearing, Managing Director of Trumark Urban. “When we identified the location for this project, we saw the limitless potential that the Dogpatch neighborhood held and with limited for-sale housing in the area, we knew that Knox would satisfy the demand for much-needed new housing inventory in the market.”
Trumark Urban has also sold more than 90% of its 76 residences at The Pacific in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood, which broke a price record earlier this year at $3,791 per square foot. It has also sold out of its 70-unit Rowan condo community in The Mission District.
