Hot Seller: Firelight at Highlands Ranch

Highlands Ranch, Colo.

1 MIN READ

By BUILDER Magazine Staff. Why it worked: Brand-new floor plans, with more efficient layouts and handsome elevations, at a price that beats the competition.

  • Updated floor plans with huge family areas, second-floor laundry rooms, and facades with minimized garages are appealing to young families in this hot market.

  • Ninety percent of sales are families relocating within the master planned community of Highlands Ranch. They stay because of the good schools, amenities, and sense of community.

  • Buyers are routinely upgrading floors with the addition of hardwood and tile, and countertops with tile or granite.

  • The builder offers a full basement standard, whereas all of the competitors charge an extra $10,000 or more.

  • The $263,000 to $290,000 price range is on par with or less than the competition–even with many standard options and upgrades.
