KB Home late Friday announced the grand openings of two new neighborhoods in a Southern California master plan and two more in Northwest Las Vegas.
KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced the grand opening of two new neighborhoods in the popular Eastwood Village in Irvine. Napa and Solano at Eastwood Village offer a collection of one- and two-story single-family homes in a master-planned community that features numerous resort-style amenities and is close to highly desirable schools.

Separately, KB Home announced the grand opening of two new affordably priced residential communities, Landings and Reserves at Montecito, situated in a commuter friendly Northwest Las Vegas location.
