Single-family homes at Sterling at Esencia in Rancho Mission Viejo to start in the mid-$800,000s.

The New Home Company (NYSE: NWHM) today said it will host a model home grand opening next week for Sterling, a collection of two-story, single-family residences on a hilltop setting at Esencia in Rancho Mission Viejo, California. NEW HOME will debut three furnished models on Saturday, March 21, 2020. Sterling is the final neighborhood to open at Esencia and will be the last new models in Rancho Mission Viejo until early 2022.

The homes of Sterling offer an inspired combination of size and value with some of the most desirable floor plans at Esencia. Sterling buyers can choose from four-bedroom, loft or potential five-bedroom floor plans in the popular Transitional and Interpretive Farmhouse architectural styles created by Bassenian Lagoni. The homes feature up to 2,595 square feet of living space and are priced from the mid-$800,000s to the mid-$900,000s.
