A resourceful Las Vegas real estate agent with a bad sense of timing was out Thursday with an open invitation to residents of California. His message? Move to Vegas.
Michael Bondi with Urban Nest Realty in Summerlin has created a new website designed to help California residents relocate out of California to Las Vegas. The website aims to show California residents how affordable home prices are in Las Vegas and how to use their current home’s equity to buy a new home in Las Vegas. Visitors to the website can check out current home prices and homes for sale in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas.
Said Bondi, “Las Vegas has been my home since I left Los Angeles in 2003. I have everything here in Las Vegas that I had in Los Angeles except for a few of my favorite L.A. restaurants. My quality of life has changed drastically since I left Los Angeles. I have created a successful business, I’m not stuck in hour’s long L.A. traffic and my cost of living has been cut in half!”
Bondi has teamed up with several REALTORS from San Diego to San Francisco to help California residents sell their current home and relocate to Las Vegas.
