Grenadier Homes has announced the grand opening of its Riverset master-planned community in Garland, Texas, located northeast of Dallas.
According to a Grenadier Homes spokesperson, Riverset’s “low-maintenance villas” are ideal for empty-nesters and retirees who are searching for a “smart-sized” home. The homes range from 1,373 to 1,702 square feet in size, with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two-car garages and open concept living-dining-family rooms and covered patios or courtyards.
Community amenities will include a central park and green space, an amenity center stylized as a modern farmhouse barn, a swimming pool, a dog park, and perennial gardens. The community’s homeowners association will maintain front yards and common areas.
