Package B ($1,000) This plan for the front yard and partial back yard includes a 24-inch box tree, 44 plants, 400 square feet of sod in the front yard, and the minimum plantings required by the community association within 90 days of closing.
Package C ($2,000) A front and back yard design includes three 24-inch box trees, one 15-gallon tree, and 82 plants. The front yard includes a dry streambed, and buyers choose between sod and a dry streambed in the back.
Package D ($3,300) This plan encompasses the front and back yards, and features four 24-inch box trees, 80 shrubs, and sod.
