Interior Specialists, Inc. (“ISI”) on Tuesday announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of the HD Supply Interior Solutions business unit (“HDIS”), formerly known as Creative Touch Interiors, from HD Supply, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDS).
The joint business is the nation’s #1 provider of outsourced design center services to national and regional home builders, with a footprint of 165 locations across the nation’s largest and fastest growing housing markets.
