Home Innovation Recognizes the 2019 NGBS Green Partners of Excellence

The organization identified 60 NGBS Green Partners for outstanding contributions to advancing green building in their communities.

This spring, Home Innovation Research Labs recognized 60 NGBS Green Partners for outstanding contributions to advancing green building in their communities and commitment to voluntary, market-driven, third-party certification of high-performance homes. In celebration of the recent release of the 2020 National Green Building Standard (NGBS), the basis for Home Innovation’s national certification program, there were 20 individuals or companies recognized in each of three categories: NGBS Green Verifiers; Single-Family Builders; and Multifamily Builders/Developers.

“These are the people and companies who are influencing how green buildings are designed and constructed today,” says Michelle Foster, Home Innovation’s Vice President, Sustainability, “and who are helping shape how they should be built in the future.”

In recognition of their sustained excellence as an NGBS Green Partner, leadership in the field, and unwavering commitment to high-performance homes and multifamily buildings, here are the 2019 NGBS Green Partners of Excellence:
