Hot Sellers: Spanish Treasure

1 MIN READ

Tesoro–Spanish for “treasure”–is Beazer Homes’ hot-selling new California coastal community that’s attracting move-up and move-down buyers to San Marcos. The move-downs have flocked to the community with both empty and full nests. “Some buyers are moving down, but they want updated floor plans,” says vice president of marketing Sandy Duncan.

Tesoro’s Kelsey Residence Two plan offers a dramatic entry turret with an optional courtyard. Buyers love the four- and five-bedroom Kelsey plan coupled with the decidedly California-style Monterey elevations that boast multiple Spanish-style windows. “The interior wall sculpting and drywall cutouts make the home memorable,” notes Duncan. “We’re really surprised at how positively both buyer profiles responded.” Beazer offers three different elevations in Monterey and coastal French designs. The open family room, kitchen, and optional tandem garage are also popular.
