Plus for Portals

Plus Consulting, which spent the past few years as a reseller of customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, and business intelligence software, has developed a new portal product, Plus Construction Power Portal 1.0. Steve Smith, managing partner at Plus Consulting, says the idea is for builders to set up a portal as a communications entre for their employees, subcontractors, architects, suppliers, and customers. The portal manages time sheets, schedules, and construction drawings. The software’s collaboration feature lets builders mark up and send documents back and forth.
