On Wednesday, KB Home announced the grand opening of its Vista Pointe community in Jacksonville, where home buyers have the opportunity to live in the Intracoastal area just minutes from local beaches and major employers.

The gated community offers easy access to Interstate 295 and John Turner Butler Boulevard, as well as several retail centers and dining establishments. Neptune, Atlantic, and Jacksonville beaches, St. John’s Town Center, and the University of North Florida are all within 10 miles.

KB Home plans to construct a total of 51 single-family homes at Vista Pointe, with one- and two-story home designs available that range from 1,650 to 3,052 square feet, and can accommodate up to six bedrooms and four baths.

Each home can be personalized—from lot location to floor plan and structural options to exterior elevation, as well as a wide array of décor choices—to meet each home buyer’s lifestyle and budget, according to KB. Pricing begins in the $240,000s.

Homes at Vista Pointe in Jacksonville are ENERGY STAR® certified and include WaterSense® labeled faucets and fixtures as standard. The water- and energy-saving features built into every new KB home can also help homeowners save money on their monthly utility bills.

Earlier this week, KB announced two other openings in Texas.
