Century Communities has announced nine new-home communities under development in the greater Nashville, Tennessee, area—four in Antioch, two in Lebanon, two in Fairview, and two in Gallatin—set to deliver in stages in 2020 and throughout 2021.
Altogether, the communities will feature 12 new single-family and townhome floor plans priced from the $200,000s.
“We’re thrilled to continue to expand our presence in the Nashville market, providing home buyers a greater variety of locations, community amenities, and home types to choose from,” says John Hennebery, Nashville division president. “Buyers who act now have an exceptional opportunity to get in early at their community of choice as demand continues to rise.”
Two of the communities are currently open for sales. Cambridge Forest in Antioch features two-story single-family homes priced from the high $200,000s, while Pennock Place in Fairview features single- and two-story single-family homes priced from the mid-$300,000s. New model homes will be opening at Pennock Place on Sept. 19 and 20.
VIP lists are open for single-family homes at Pin Hook Ridge in Antioch, townhomes at Cumberland Point in Gallatin, and single-family homes and townhomes at Hamilton Church Manor in Antioch.
Homes and townhomes are coming soon at Richvale Estates in Fairview, Hamilton Crossing Townhomes in Antioch, Carver Creek in Lebanon, and River Oaks in Lebanon.
