The Summerly master planned community in Lake Elsinore Calif. will open three new neighborhoods on Saturday, August 27 featuring BlueWater by SeaCountry Homes, Augusta by Woodside Homes and Claiborne by Van Daele Homes.
Eight new, fully furnished model homes will be on display. The new neighborhoods feature seamless indoor and outdoor living in both one- and two-story designs spanning from 1,950 square feet to 3,794 square feet.
Amenities include Sunshine Park, the 24-acre Summerly Community Park and The Summer House, all coming soon, as well as small dog parks, four lighted baseball fields, a soccer field, basketball court, skate park, tennis court, tot lot and resort-style pool. The community is a 15-minute drive from Temecula.
