Atlanta-based builder Minerva Homes has announced the opening of a new decorated model for the Abbott floor plan at The Enclave at Belvedere, a community of 19 single-family homes priced starting from the high $400,000s to $500,000s in Tucker, Georgia.
Each of the homes at The Enclave at Belvedere will offer open floor plans, 10-foot ceilings, and front porch space. The Abbott model home features four bedrooms, with hardwood floors throughout the home’s main level, a large flex space with optional French doors, and a kitchen overlooking a great room and fireplace. The second-floor owner’s suite includes a spa bath with large tile shower and freestanding soaking tub, as well as dual vanities and two walk-in closets. The laundry room is located on the second floor, and the owner’s entry features an optional drop zone for bags and shoes.
Four of the community’s homes are available for quick move-in, including an unfinished home “at drywall” that a home buyer would be able to choose custom finishes for.
