When Lee Clark-Sellers joined Ply Gem Industries in 2011, she challenged the organization to make innovation a part of the firm’s day-to-day culture. She believes that product development should be collaborative, experimental, and about taking risks.

Lee oversaw the launch of Ply Gem’s groundbreaking Foundation Labs, which has turned out products such as engineered slate roofing and engineered cedar made with 100% recycled resins.
