Kemendo was tasked with construction projects in Guam while in the Air Force. Getting product there was pricey, leading him to build an app to see 3D CAD models in their space. After connecting with his partner, Taylor Clark, Kemendo launched his software at the 2015 AIA conference.

Kemendo has developed Visidraft into Pair 3D, an augmented reality mobile app that takes into account true dimensions—as the user walks around with the app, the relationship changes true to form. It has more more than 2,500 products in its catalog.
