Shea Homes Clubhouse Wins Design Award

Trilogy at the Polo Club wins "Best Community Amenity Feature" at 2016 SoCal Awards.

Trilogy at The Polo Club, Shea Homes’ newest resort club community, has been awarded “Best Community Amenity Feature” for its 25,000-square-foot clubhouse at the 2016 SoCal Awards. Presented by the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and Building Industry Association of Southern California, the awards showcase the best in the industry with over 500 entries in a variety of categories. These included builder partners, marketing experts, merchandising, and design professionals.

“We are honored to be recognized by our peers within the building industry for this prestigious award,” notes Drew Owens, sales manager at Trilogy at The Polo Club. The Polo Club’s architect is Bassenian Lagoni, with Interiors by Design Line Interiors.

The members-only Polo Club at the center of the Trilogy community is a gathering spot for indoor and outdoor amenities. The facility includes dining, fitness, swimming pools, outdoor recreation, stadium tennis, pickleball and much more: June Hill’s Table, McCarroll’s Kitchen, The Market Place, The Cuverie, Grand Living Room, Santa Rosa Lawns, Reflection Lake, Lakeside Stage, Community Parks, The Paddock, Artisan Studio, Four Suits, 2 Palms Event Center and Flow. .

Trilogy at The Polo Club offers a combination of all-ages and age-qualified neighborhoods, creating a generational mix that offers liveliness and balance, similar to what one would expect to find in a traditional neighborhood.
