KB Home announced that Rob McGibney has been named regional general manager in Arizona. In this capacity, McGibney is responsible for all of the company’s home building operations in Phoenix and Tucson, including land acquisitions, forward planning, land development, purchasing, studio, sales, marketing, construction, and customer service. Amy McReynolds will continue to oversee the company’s Tucson business unit as its division president, reporting to McGibney.
“Rob McGibney is a capable and effective leader, who has done a tremendous job as president of KB Home’s Las Vegas division for more than five years. I am proud to announce that Rob will be taking on a new and larger role as regional general manager for Arizona, and am confident that Rob and his team will help advance the continued success of our Phoenix and Tucson businesses,” said Matt Mandino, regional president of KB Home said in a press release.
McGibney began his career at KB Home 16 years ago as a financial analyst, rising through the ranks to his appointment as Las Vegas division president in 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Missouri State University.
