Cool Hand Wok

The Küppersbusch Ceramic Induction Wok cooktop element senses when a wok is placed on its surface through pan detection technology. Only then will the element heat up to preprogrammed temperatures—within seconds, water flicked at the wok pan will begin to boil if temperatures are set high enough. The element also senses when the wok pan is removed and within seconds will be cool enough to touch. The Induction Wok also features nine-level sensor touch controls, a child-safety lock, and under-counter ventilation.
