Focus Development has broken ground on new community of single-family homes, condominiums, and luxury rental apartments in Lake Forest, Ill.
The development, dubbed Kelmscott Park, is located on a 10.7-acre site that will keep 5 acres dedicated to open space. It will feature 39 condominiums, 111 luxury apartments, and 12 single-family homes.

Designed with Arts and Crafts-inspired exteriors and transitional interiors, the residences at Kelmscott Park will feature large, contemporary floor plans. Upscale features and finishes will include 9-foot ceilings, hardwood oak flooring, stone countertops, Kohler fixtures, and stainless steel appliances by Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Asko.

The condominiums will be offered in two-, three-, and four-bedroom plans, and are priced from the $640,000s. Single-family floor plans, offering first-floor master suites and attached two-car garages will start at $1.459 million.
