Century Communities, No. 9 on the Builder 100, has announced that its Century Complete brand will be entering the North Florida market, with six new communities underway across the Panhandle and Jacksonville areas in 2021.
The new communities will primarily offer single-family homes, with one- and two-story floor plans featuring open concept layouts, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and Shaker-style cabinetry. Home prices will range from the high $100,000s to the mid-$200,000s.
Interested buyers have the option to purchase a home entirely online through Century Complete’s “Buy Now” process. “North Florida is a significant draw for buyers looking to purchase an affordable new home in a scenic location with abundant area amenities,” says Greg Huff, president of Century Complete. “And with our groundbreaking online buying process, we’re making it easier than ever for buyers to find the perfect home for their needs and lifestyle.”
River Hill in Welaka, Florida, is open for sales, with 66 homesites priced from the high $100,000s. The community offers single- and two-story floor plans up to 1,941 square feet in size, with three to four bedrooms, two to three baths, and two-car garages. The community is located close to the Welaka State Forest, Ocala National Forest, and the St. Johns River.
Communities coming soon include:
- Cross Creek in Freeport, set to open this month with 58 homesites up to 2,014 square feet in size;
- Pinehurst Estates in DeFuniak Springs, set to open this month with 59 homesites up to 2,014 square feet in size;
- Riverwalk in Freeport, opening in June with 28 homesites up to 2,014 square feet in size;
- Morse Landing in Jacksonville, opening July/August 2021 with 16 homesites up to 2,054 square feet in size; and
- Callahan Crossing in Callahan, opening September 2021 with 60 duplex homesites up to 1,515 square feet in size.
In-person sales studios in Pensacola and West Jacksonville are set to open in the near future.
