“These homes are exceptionally well designed and attractively priced, with a combination of features you won’t find anywhere else in the area,” said Reed Porter, Phoenix Division President for CalAtlantic Homes. “They are the perfect way for entry-level and move-down home buyers to enjoy their own slice of new home living in a thoughtfully developed, well-established master-planned community.”

Part of Phase II of the Blue Horizons master plan, The Villages and The Cottages offer a total of nine new one- and two-story, single family home designs ranging from 1,609 to 2,690 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and two to three-and-one-half baths. The new homes offer historically rooted exterior styles with a choice of Spanish, Craftsman or Hacienda designs. The exteriors blend to create a warm and welcoming streetscape. Pricing starts in the high $180,000s.

All homes offer bright, open layouts that maximize living spaces with generous living rooms, oversized kitchens with center islands, second-story lofts and spa-inspired owner’s suites with the option for an oversized shower. Capitalizing on Arizona’s beautiful outdoors, all homes also offer an optional ceiling-to-floor wall of glass connecting the great room to pool-size, fenced yards.

The Villages and The Cottages sit within the Blue Horizons master-planned community, totaling 640 acres of homes and recreational activities including parks, walking paths with fitness stations, sport courts, tot lots, landscaped open space with ramadas and barbeque facilities, and a grand pavilion. Also nearby is the 8,700-acre Skyline Regional Park mountain preserve, with hiking, biking, camping and horseback riding opportunities.
