The 2017 International Builders’ Show, the largest annual construction trade show in the nation, will be held in Orlando, Fla., from January 10-12. The show will kick off the New Year and bring with it a myriad of new building products across all categories, from smart home control systems and automated patio doors to luxurious butler bars and statement lighting pieces.

Here, BUILDER presents seven products that will be new to this year’s show floor.

Legrand

Legrand’s new Radiant line of designer switches, wall plates, outlets, dimmers, and home automation controls bring technology and design together or an enhanced whole-home, connected lighting system. The cohesive line eliminates unsightly screws from wall-mounted plates and is available in eight color options including six solid, neutral hues and two metallic finishes. The new San Clemente handleset from Kwikset is a simple modern hardware piece featuring clean lines and a low-profile design for the optimal addition to a contemporary entryway. The San Clemente features the advanced SmartKey re-key technology, along with a deadbolt that is bump proof, pick resistant, kick-in resistant, drill resistant and saw resistant. Automated multi-Slide Patio door from Weather Shield Windows & Doors

The automated multi-Slide Patio door can be controlled by a discreet push-button panel on the wall or connected to most smart-home systems through a smartphone app. It can be installed in openings as large as 50 feet wide and 10 feet tall, and it is available in single and bi-parting options with either 1 3⁄4-inch- or 2 1⁄4-inch-thick door panels. Sensors prevent the door from closing on a person, animal, or object, and the system has a battery backup to power a limited number of operations in case of a power outage. weathershield.com. Progress Lighting

Progress Lighting introduces three new collections of lighting for 2017. The Vestique line features an array of glass spheres suspended within a modern frame that reflects and refracts light for a dramatic focal point. Wall sconce, mini pendant, semi flush and oversized pendant options come in the Vestique collection. The Cinq line utilizes geometric shapes in this light that bounces light from five-sided bottom panels with mirrored glass. Flush mount and pendant options are finished in an Antique Bronze finish. The elevate-line will attract homeowners looking for a mid-century modern aesthetic. The trapezoidal chandelier features glass shades and a frame inspired by Space Age styling in a Brushed Bronze or Chrome finish. A flush mount fixture is also available. progresslighting.com. Johnson Hardware

Johnson Hardware’s new 1562 Series Commercial Grade Bypass Pocket Door Frame offers twice as much width as the company’s standard pocket doors, creating a wider room divider using just a single wall recess. The frame is designed to support support two heavyweight (up to 200 pounds each), solid-core bypass doors in a standard 2×6 timber-framed or steel-framed stud wall and accommodates doors up to 3 feet wide x 9 feet high x 1-3/8 inches thick. johnsonhardware.com. Marvin Windows and Doors

The new Marvin Bi-Fold Door brings expansive views to homes with one of the widest panel doors in the industry. The door provides larger maximum frame heights and panel widths for large glass openings, allowing designers to use less panels to create even larger, less obstructed views. The doors can be customized with different panel configurations and use less visible hardware than before for a clean, streamlined look. marvin.com. Booth W2529
