Neal Communities’ latest project, The Estuary, is open for sales in the Palma Sola neighborhood in Bradenton, Fla. As of May 9, the community’s VIP list has over 400 interested buyers, and nine home sites have been pre-sold.

The gated, maintenance-included community will contain 50 homes on 53 acres, tucked around several natural lakes. Buyers can choose between two elevation styles, Tuscan and country French, and four floor plans: Bright Meadow, Endless Summer 3, Sea Mist, and Sea Star. The homes range from 2,181 to 2,427 square feet in size, and contain three bedrooms, two to two and a half bathrooms, and a two to three car garage.

Bright Meadow and Endless Summer 3 are one-story plans, and Sea Mist and Sea Star are available in one- and two-story variations. The Bright Meadow model home is available on-site for tours.

The Estuary property borders the Robinson Preserve to the north, south, and west, and 99th Avenue to the east. The community’s natural setting provides a “reserved and out-of-the-way atmosphere,” according to he builder, with easy access to Anna Maria Island, downtown Bradenton, and top-rated nearby schools.
