Developer Allegiant Realty Partners has unveiled Crosswinds, a 445-acre master-planned development in Kyle, Texas, with homes priced from the $200s. The $375 million development features versatile floor plans ranging from 1,200 to more than 3,000 square feet by Austin, Texas, builders Highland Homes, Meritage Homes, and Pacesetter Homes.
Crosswinds will have 1,500 homes, 226 of which are in Phase One. The lifestyle-centric community encourages families to enjoy the outdoors together with their neighbors and includes the Windy Point amenity center with beach entry lap pool, pavilion, tot pool and outdoor gathering facilities. Miles of bicycle and jogging trails connect residents to the pools, a full-size sport court, and six parks all within 130 acres of open space and play fields.
Part of the Hays Independent School District, Crosswinds will include a future on-site elementary school. The community is also located near several esteemed public universities and community colleges, including Austin Community College Hays Campus, Texas State University and San Antonio College.
