A new community of 52 single-family homes in Palm Springs, Calif., was designed to take advantage of the area’s sunny weather with homes that come with several spaces that beckon residents outside.

Vallera Palm Springs’ newly opened model homes were designed with indoor/outdoor living in mind, says Erin Eslinger, marketing director for The Rillington Group, the La Quinta, Calif.-based builder and developer of the project. The three bedroom/three bath homes are offered in three distinct architectural styles: Spanish Revival, Hacienda, and California Ranch. The three two-story floor plans range from 1,848 to 2,185 square feet and have the master bedroom, secondary bedroom/office and laundry room all on the first floor.

Built in three different elevation styles, each home is geared toward indoor-outdoor living and entertaining, Eslinger says. Two models have private courtyards and are upgraded with designer interior finishes and flooring. The gated community also offers a clubhouse, swimming pool and spa.

Vallera is the lowest priced new community of detached homes in the area and the only new home community priced in the low $500,000’s within two blocks of downtown Palm Springs.

“Vallera is so close to everything Palm Springs has to offer: lifestyle, culture, art and world-class dining,” adds Eslinger.
