The Summerville, S.C., community of Nexton continues to grow with the addition of North Creek Village that will bring homes starting in the low 200,000s.
North Creek Village has joined Brighton Park Village and Del Webb at Nexton as the third neighborhood within the Nexton community, which is being developed by Newland Communities. The new neighborhood will have over 600 lots available for purchase. The first phase is being developed by TrueHomes, with two newly opened designer models. North Creek Village will also have its own amenities and POA that are exclusive to North Creek homeowners. (Click here for a video about the project.)
