Nora Lighting is expanding its Opal LED Series of low-profile, surface-mounted lights with the AC Opal LED, recommended for use in bathrooms, laundry rooms, pantries, closets, showers, or other utility areas.
The AC Opal does not require a driver to function, and instead installs easily over a standard J-Box, including pancake-type fixture boxes. The fixture produces even LED illumination through a white polymer lens diffuser with 1050 lumen (15W) at 90+ CRI. The standard AC opal measures 7/8” deep by 7 ¼”. Nora also offers 5” and 6” Opal models, which can be installed over a J-Box using a recessed housing.
The AC Opal is available at 2700K, 3000K and 4000K color temperatures in bronze, natural metal, and white finishes. It is Energy Star rated and cULus listed for wet locations.
