Buyers at Houston-area master-planned community Imperial will soon have a chance to win $1,000 if they can correctly identify fall-inspired scents coming from each model home.
Pumping out aromas from pumpkin spice to apple cider, scent machines will fill each of the Sugar Land, Texas, community’s seven model homes throughout October. Visitors who guess the scents correctly will be entered into a drawing to win a $1,000 VISA gift card. Fortunately, the development weathered Hurricane Harvey with no damage.
“Our Autumn Aromas giveaway is a fun way to introduce our fantastic home designs to prospective buyers,” says Shay Shafie, general manager for Imperial. “Our award-winning builders also have really gone the extra mile, decking out their models with the latest fall home fashions, so you can pick up tips for decorating your current home or imagine life in one of ours.”
Four builders including Meritage Homes, Partners in Building, Sitterle Homes and Gracepoint Homes currently offer homes in Imperial, which is being developed by Houston-based Johnson Development. Designs range from luxury brownstones to custom homes priced from the $450,000s to more than $1 million.
Located on the site of the historic Imperial Sugar Company, Imperial is a pedestrian-friendly community offering easy access to Sugar Land attractions like the Smart Financial Centre, as well as a activities closer to home such as baseball games at Constellation Field and a weekly farmers market.
