These include both the Master-Planned Community of the Year award and the Attached Community of the Year award for the Alder neighborhood.

The community’s additional awards include Best Landscape Design/Master-Planned Community, Best Interior Design of a Detached Home – $450,000 – $550,000 for Mulberry at McKinley Village, and Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home – 2,001 to 2,500 sq. ft. for Birch at McKinley Village. Paolucci Salling & Martin Communication Arts received four MAME awards for their work in McKinley’s marketing and advertisements.

The Sacramento Business Journal is also poised to name McKinley Village on of its Best Real Estate Communities of the Year on Friday, September 29th.

“We could not be more proud of our partners and talented consultants that have helped us make McKinley Village such a success since it opened one year ago,” says Kevin Carson, Northern California President for NEW HOME. “This community was given years of thoughtful design and planning, so to be recognized by our peers with an array of MAME Awards is extremely rewarding.”
