Taylor Morrison has announced more single-family homes coming soon to the Odessa, Fla., master-planned development of Starkey Ranch. Taylor Morrison currently offers single-family and villa homes in its Esplanade section in Starkey Ranch and will now expand its floor plan selection into the Whitfield Preserve neighborhood.

Set as an enclave within the approximately 2,400-acre master-plan community, Taylor Morrison plans to offer just 157 single-family homes on expansive lots in Whitfield Preserve near Tampa.

Expected to open in spring 2018, the homes will feature open floor plans with spacious living rooms, designer kitchens, luxurious owner’s suites and flexible upgrade options throughout. All designs can be personalized through the local Design Studio.

“This will be an exciting addition to our portfolio of communities, especially given its tranquil location within the beautiful Starkey Ranch and its surrounding nature preserves,” says Joe Fontana, division president for Taylor Morrison’s Tampa division. “We feel these homes will be ideal for those looking to live in a peaceful oasis that is close to everything, from dining to shopping to the best of Florida’s beaches and year-round recreation.”

Future residents will have access to Starkey Ranch’s Whitfield Park community pool and splash pad that are open now, and the first baseball and multi-sport fields in the 90-acre District Park that are nearing completion. Five miles of trails, two dog parks, a playground, picnic pavilions, and a big open lawn will also be available for homeowners’ immediate enjoyment.

Starkey Ranch is located in Pasco County, just 30 minutes from downtown Tampa and approximately five miles west of the Suncoast Parkway with convenient access to SR 54, top-rated schools, work corridors, fine restaurants, grocery and medical providers.
