Modern Wine Cellar Series Creates a “Floating” Appearance

Wine Cellar Innovations aims to appeal to all collectors and fit into a wide variety of applications.

Wine Cellar Innovations’ newest design foundation, the Modern Wine Cellar Series blends wood and metal elements to create an elegant, versatile design with a contemporary look and feel.

The design’s most distinctive feature is its “floating” floor-to-ceiling racks. A series of metal uprights support the rack’s individual wood platforms, which are positioned to create the illusion that the client’s wine collection is floating in midair. This effect is particularly striking in a glass-enclosed wine room, and optional clear acrylic bottle supports can enhance the illusion further.

The racking units are available in any wood commercially available, priced at current market value, plus a variety of stains. Pine, Premium Redwood, All-Heart Redwood and Grand Mahogany are the manufacturer’s standard wood choices, while custom options include Black Walnut, Clear Alder, or Oak. www.winecellarinnovations.com
