Lennar is now building single-family homes in Epperson, a residential community north of Tampa that will have one of the nation’s first Crystal Lagoons.
Epperson’s 7-acre Crystal Lagoon, a manmade aquatic amenity with crystal clear waters, will be within easy walking or bike-ride distance from the Lennar homes. Residents and their guests can swim, kayak, canoe or use a small sailboat in the lagoon, which is expected to be complete in spring 2018.
Lennar is building on 38 home sites in Epperson and the model home is now open to the public.
Homeowners and their visitors can also use the Crystal Lagoon’s multi-use space for community events, the poolside restaurant and bar, entertainment venue, and Gasparilla Island, a sandy get-away in the middle of the lagoon with hammocks, lounge chairs and cabanas.
Lennar’s four floorplans in Epperson, which begin in the low $300s, are designed to appeal to a variety of homeowners, from growing families to empty nesters and retirees. The plans range from the 2,487-square-foot “Oregon” with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, to the spacious 3,325-square-foot “Nebraska” with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Each plan features an open layout and three-car garage. Larger floorplans offer a flex space or an upstairs loft area that can serve as a second family room or entertainment/game room.
All Lennar homes in Epperson are also fully equipped with ULTRAFi internet technology that pro-vides internet speeds of up to one gigabit per second.
